Little league elbow is a strain of the forearm flexors, caused by repetitive throwing motions. It is most commonly seen in young athletes who have developed abnormal throwing habits. This condition is easiest to find by touching the soft tissue that is connected to the inner part of the elbow.
Golfer’s elbow is very similar to little league elbow but most commonly occurs in golfers on the inside of the elbow. Pain may also be present in the wrist or forearm.
