Pectoral Strains are caused by excessive muscle tension, due to force or repetitive motion. This typically happens during weight training.
Pectoral strains present as pain or a tearing sensation in the front of the shoulder or the chest during activity. The most commonly injured muscle is the pectoralis major.
(In this figure, The trap and the deltoid have been removed to show the underlying muscle tissue.)
Use The Shark Fin tendonitis tool Standard Treatment Protocol to treat your pectoral strain with less pressure and less pain than other methods.
